Marta Pawych CMM CMP CSEP CEM is a sponsorship and events specialist with over 18 years of proven results in both the profit and not for profit sectors. She has designed, developed and implemented events and sponsorship programs from the initial stages of concept to the final product.

For the past 18 years she has successfully overseen the Events and Sponsorships for HRPAO, (the largest Human Resources Association in Canada) and currently holds the position of Director meetings, events and sponsorships. These events have included Galas, Conferences, Symposiums, and Expositions.
During this time, Marta has equally committed herself to various volunteer Boards.

President of PCMA Canada East Chapter, Past Chair of the National Ballet School of Canada's - Sugar Plum Fair, and contributed her time and energy to the ABC Literacy event: The Gutenberg Fair, and the Merit Award Bursary Program.

Ms. Pawych is an advocate of lifelong learning and volunteer contributions to this industry and as such is the first worldwide to attain the following designations:

• CMM (Certified Meeting Management -Global Meeting and Events Strategist by Meeting Professionals International MPI)
• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional -by the Convention Industry Council CLC)
• CSEP (Certified Special Events Professional- by the International Special Events Society ISES
